How far in advance should I order?
A 2-week lead time is recommended for most orders. For larger orders, corporate gifting, or weddings, the sooner the better. Rush orders under 10 days may be accommodated at our discretion with a rush fee.
Can you match my party colors?
Yes — color matching is one of our specialties. When you submit your quote request, simply share your color palette or inspiration photos and we will coordinate everything to match.
Can you add photos or company logos?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom edible image treats. Your photo, logo, or design can be printed on food-safe edible images and applied to cakesicles, dipped Oreos, rice krispy treats, and more.
What are your minimum order quantities?
For most a la carte items, there is no strict minimum, though half-dozen or dozen quantities are standard. For corporate and event orders, a 2-dozen minimum applies. Party packages start at 18 treats.
How does pickup work?
Cookie Dojo offers local pickup by appointment in St. Johns County, FL 32259. Once your order is confirmed, we will coordinate a pickup date and time that works for you.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. We create custom branded desserts for client appreciation, employee recognition, holiday gifting campaigns, conferences, and corporate events. Logo matching, edible images, and personalized packaging are all available.
How does the design approval process work?
Every custom order includes a design approval process before production begins. You will receive a personalized design approval board showing your theme, colors, treat assortment, and edible image selections. You review and approve every detail before a single treat is made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require a 50% deposit to book your order. Final payment is due at pickup. Payment details are provided when your quote is confirmed.
How much notice is needed for graduation orders?
Graduation season is our busiest time. We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance for graduation orders, especially for larger quantities or fully custom designs.
